Prices per unit of measure per hour are calculated on the basis of medium difficult conditions.  According to a preceding agreement before commencing work, prices from the price list increase adequately with a factor up to 20% in case of harsher conditions. 

Motion of a self-propelled machine is calculated per working hour of the machine.   
The value of the working hour increases for 40 %, when hammer tup, hydraulic scissors and concrete mixer are used.
The expenses if loading, transport, preparation and unloading, permit and special transport convoy expenses, are not included in the price of a working hour. Stated expenses are accounted separately, on the items from the price list and actual time consumption and actual expense of permit acquisition and value. Stoppage is accounted for 60 % of a working hour and is also accounted in case,  when the vehicle doesn’t reach 7 working hours per day.  

Special machine services that are not comprised in the price list, are accounted on the basis of a precedent agreement.
The final account is performed on the basis of machine reports, conveyance forms, work orders, that the hirer is bound to verify daily. 

VAT is not included in the price per unit of measure.

Prices per unit of measure of equipment and tool hire do not comprise energy, manager, and durable goods like drills, grinding wheels and electrodes, are not comprised in the prices per unit of measure for tool and equipment hire. Equipment loading and reloading in the storehouse in Sežana is included in the price.

VAT is not included in the price per unit of measure.

Complete machine work is comprised in the price per unit of measure. Consumed material is charged on actual expenses.

The use of mobile crane for HD 40 and HD 21 A crane is accounted separately at actual costs.  
Dismantling is accounted for 80 % of the erection price. In special circumstances of erection and dismantling, stronger mobile cranes, bad access, the price of erection and dismantling increases for 20 %. 

The base for a fixed erection is not included in the price.  
The base for crane erection is made by the user.  
The account of the crane exploit is performed in compliance with the agreement and commences on the day of crane testing and ends with the crane dismantling.   
  
Crane withdrawal during the construction is possible in case, when the work is arrested for more than 5 days.  
The waiting hour is considered in case when the crane does not reach 7 working hours per day and in case of a temporary arrest, when the user doesn’t need a crane operator on the construction site.  
The account is prepared on the basis of certified machine reports, that the hirer is bound to verify daily.
